Torran has 14 years recruitment experience, with a passion for employee angagement and offering client solutions to drive productivity. Torran started TORRA in 2020 with a view to reinventing the recruitment industry by providing engaging opportunities for employees and to provide clients with engaged staff.

Recruitment Delivery Manager
Offering over 12 years of extensive experience in blue-collar labour hire, Robbie is passionate about operational improvement, service delivery and mentoring the next generation of recruiters. Robbie’s strategic and innovative approach along with a commitment to operational excellence have seen him successfully manage large recruitment teams, streamline operations, and implement advanced solutions tailored to client needs.
